• Payment Verification: All orders are prepared and processed for dispatch within 1–3 business days following full payment clearance (including bank transfer verification).

• Tracking Confirmation: Once your package is prepared and labeled, an automated tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your shipment’s transit status in real time.

• Transit Estimates: Estimated shipping timelines vary depending on carrier logistics, destination, and selected service level.

3. Packaging & Chain-of-Custody Integrity

• Discreet Packaging: To protect research confidentiality and product security, all orders are shipped in unmarked, plain, and discreet exterior packaging.

• Compound Protection: Vials and liquid solutions are vacuum-sealed or shock-padded under controlled conditions to preserve chemical stability and thermal integrity during transit.

4. Carrier Disclaimers & Exclusions

While 3A Labz takes every precaution to ensure prompt fulfillment, we are not liable for:

• Transit delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, severe weather events, or high-volume seasonal backlogs.

• Delays, import holds, seizures, or additional duties/taxes levied by customs authorities.

• Packages marked as undeliverable or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified shipping addresses submitted at checkout.
