Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive chemical and analytical nature of research compounds, all sales are final.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• No Returns: To maintain strict chain-of-custody integrity and product purity, we cannot accept returned items under any circumstances once they have departed our facility.

• No Exchanges or Order Cancellations: Once an order is processed, products cannot be exchanged, and payments are non-refundable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, compromised, or with a shipping error, please adhere to the following protocol:

• Reporting Window: Contact support within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery.

• Required Documentation: Submit high-resolution photos displaying the external packaging, shipping label, and damaged product vials/bottles clearly.

• Resolution Process: Following verification by our quality control team, a replacement shipment or store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of 3A Labz.

3. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

3A Labz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, nor for transit delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
