2. Strict Research & In-Vitro Disclaimer
Laboratory Use Only: All compounds, peptides, and solutions distributed by 3A Labz are sold strictly for in-vitro analytical, scientific, and laboratory research purposes.
Not for Human Use: Under no circumstances are any products intended, synthesized, or approved for human consumption, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic, or diagnostic application.
Buyer Qualification: The purchaser warrants that they possess the necessary laboratory facilities, safety equipment, and technical expertise required to safely handle, store, and utilize analytical reagents.
3. Purchaser Eligibility & Account Accuracy
You explicitly affirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your governing jurisdiction) and legally authorized to acquire specialized research chemicals.
You agree to supply accurate, current, and verified billing, delivery, and professional contact information during checkout.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms
Order Acceptance: All submissions are subject to inventory verification and approval by 3A Labz. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment Clearance: Payments processed via Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) or other approved methods require complete fund settlement prior to order preparation and dispatch.
Dynamic Pricing: Prices and availability remain subject to update at our discretion without prior notice.
5. Shipping, Handling & Logistics
Carrier Delays: Estimated transit times are strictly guidelines. 3A Labz is not responsible for transit disruptions, carrier exceptions, or customs holds.
Packaging Standards: All materials are packaged under strict environmental controls in light-protective, tamper-evident, and discreet packaging to ensure compound preservation.
6. All Sales Final & Cancellation Policy
Chain-of-Custody Integrity: Due to chemical purity standards and regulatory compliance, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or re-stocking of chemical assets once shipped.
Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests are valid only if submitted and confirmed prior to label creation and physical carrier fulfillment.
7. Limitation of Liability & Compliance
3A Labz disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper handling, laboratory exposure, or misuse of any chemical compound. The buyer assumes total responsibility for regulatory adherence, environmental compliance, and safety standards within their operating jurisdiction.
